The structure and principle of the throttle valve
Acting according to the pressure change of the action tube, directly controlling the intake and exhaust of the brake cylinder of the locomotive, and completing the braking and mitigation of the locomotive through the basic brake device. The change in the action tube pressure can be controlled either by a separate brake valve or by a dispense valve. The throttle valve is mainly composed of a diaphragm piston, a hollow valve stem, an O-ring, a gas supply valve, a gas supply valve spring, a relief spring, a valve body, an upper cover and a pipe socket. The tube seat is provided with three tubes, such as an action tube 14, a brake cylinder tube 12 and a total air cylinder tube 3, which are respectively communicated with corresponding holes on the valve body. The passage tube under the diaphragm piston can be connected with the action tube of the separate brake valve; the diaphragm piston is connected with the brake cylinder tube through the shrinkage plug (φ2.5mm) in addition to the relief spring; the air supply valve The upper end of the total air cylinder tube is equipped with a stabilizer such as a plunger and a spring at the end end; the upper end of the hollow valve stem is called an exhaust vent, and the middle part has an exhaust center hole.
